We are Disciples of Christ, a movement for wholeness in a fragmented world.
As part of the one body of Christ, we welcome all to the Lord’s Table as God has welcomed us.
To be a faithful, growing church, that demonstrates true community, deep Christian spirituality and a passion for justice.
– Micah 6:8
To be and to share the Good News of Jesus Christ, witnessing, loving and serving from our doorsteps “to the ends of the earth.”
– Acts 1:8
If you know someone or are interested in becoming a part-time minister for a small church, we have a list of our basic needs for the congregation for you to look over.
Some office hours are expected with a Sunday worship service where a sermon is provided. We expect you to maintain contact with our homebound and care center members. We would appreciate basic knowledge of the Christian year and observances for Disciples of Christ churches and willingness to complete specials services including funerals, weddings, baptisms, and dedications. Meetings with area pastors and community involvement are expected.
A benefit package is available. Our Parsonage could be part of the package.
Since this is a part time position, we are willing to interview candidates that have been a part of pulpit supply, an interim position, or has been responsible for church services (Deacon/Elder).
If this a position you or someone you know may be interested in, please send resumes or contact information to email@example.com.
